    A. We will come out to your home or business and give you a free estimate.

  • Q. Does the estimate include take down too ?

    A. Yes, we install and take down as one set price.

  • Q. Do we store the lights for you ?

    A. No, you buy the commercial grade custom fit lights to your home the first year and then they are yours to keep and enjoy for the years to come.

  • Q. Where are you located ?

    A. We are located in Agoura Hills, Ca. We service Moorpark to Malibu and Calabasas to Camarillo with room to grow.

  • Q. Are we licensed and insured ?

    A. Yes, we are a licensed electrical outfit and are fully insured and bonded.

  • Q. Do the lights have a warranty ?

    A. Yes, the C-7 and C-9 lights are guaranteed for four years and the mini lights are guaranteed for two years.

  • Q. Do you get any free service calls ?

    A. Yes, you get one free service call per year.

  • Q. Do you take credit cards ?

    A. Yes we take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check or money orders.

  • Q. Do you decorate for parties ?

    A. Yes we rent the lights and decorate for parties, weddings, and any special occasion you desire.

  • Q. Do you have a minimum ?

    A. Yes we don’t do any job smaller than $700.00.

  
  • Do not overload electrical circuits
  • Test circuits with tester when lighting is complete
  • Do not work with lights in wet conditions
  • Lights should have a UL approval tag on strands and box
  • Unplug lights before changing lamps
  • Always wear heavy duty work gloves when working with electricity
  • To avoid electrical shock make sure all plug ends are tightly secured to electrical sockets
  • Use temporary gutter clips instead of staple guns to avoid damage to trim and electrical shock
  • Fasten temporary extension cords to ground with ground steaks to avoid injury or cut wire exposure
  • Do not plug in more than three strands in a row
